Responsibilities :
- Supervise the availability of goods stock and manage the opening time of Purchase Order
- Analyze the amount of availability of goods needed so that the turnover of goods runs smoothly
- Oversee product storage, handling and distribution
- Control delivery process
- Supervise daily operations of the warehouse and supply chain planning team
- Develop and monitor distribution requirements plans, initiate priorities based on customer needs
- Work closely with marketing team, sales team, team warehouse and logistic to identify proactive inventory adjustment in support of both sales and operational target
- Develop operational policies and operating system procedures
- Develop effective communication and process with logistic vendors or third parties
- Prepare reports and communicate inventory measurements to management
Requirements :
- Max. 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable university
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (previous experience in retail industry is a must)
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Supply Chain/Sales/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Experience handling all channel distribution
- Experience in planning and forecasting of a supply chain over multiple time horizons
- Experience handling purchasing, warehouse & logistic
- Have good knowledge and understanding about sales distribution process
- Have strong knowledge about basic finance/accounting, business/management, marketing
- Aware and capable of budgeting & finance administration
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to support business focused analysis and decisions
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks and communicate results back to management
- Have a commercial understanding and experience
- Effective communication skills, to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation with clarity and authority
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability and continuing desire to work underpressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skill, and able to work independently as well as in a team

- Applicant must be willing to be placed in Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java
